Shop with C2 Style
I love being a volunteer stylist at Wardrobe For Opportunity, a wonderful non-profit in Oakland. At WFO, our clients receive free business attire (clothing that they don’t own and can’t afford) for job interviews, and later, as part of their on-going work wardrobe.
Protecting the planet and looking chic are not exclusive endeavors. As women are becoming increasingly aware of their carbon footprint and animal cruelty, eco-friendly fashion is a trend that’s here to stay.

Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 11! And, the gift of style makes the perfect gift. What does that mean? “The gift of style” is a gift certificate from C2 Style for a closet edit or a shopping excursion. You know, the kind of gift that moms usually don’t get for themselves. Many moms don’t make time for themselves–they’re busy raising their kids, some work outside the home as well–and they put themselves last on the list. Now is the time to give your mom (or yourself) the attention she (you) deserves, so that she (you) can look and feel her (your) best everyday.

Happy Mother’s Day! Be well. Dress well.
I’m not gonna lie…
When I went to Loehmann’s in San Ramon for the LAST TIME today, I got a little emotional. Ok…I cried. Why? The store is closing!! (Don’t laugh)
Here’s the deal…I have been a Loehmann’s–the original designer discount retailer–customer for literally 30 years! My dear friend, Lisa, introduced me to the store during our freshman year of college at ASU. And ever since, I’ve been hooked.
